How do you ship perishable items to ensure they stay fresh?
We ship all orders in insulated packaging with non-toxic cold packs. To ensure your cheese arrives in peak condition, we use expedited shipping methods and recommend refrigerating your products immediately upon arrival.
Are all Rebel Cheese products 100% vegan?
Yes! Every product we craft is 100% plant-based, dairy-free, and cruelty-free. We use traditional cheesemaking techniques paired with high-quality nuts and cultures to achieve authentic flavors.
Do you offer gluten-free options?

What is the shelf life of your cheese?
Most of our artisan cheeses will last 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator if kept in their original packaging or airtight containers. Specific 'Best By' dates are printed on each individual package.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can issue a replacement or refund.
